Sometimes we forget passwords. In this case, click 'forgotten password' on any of our log in pages either in the app or on the Blippit dashboard.
What happens next?
1. You will receive an automated email usually within a minute.
2. Click the unique link it contains to set a new password.
3. Then log back in

1. Repeat the 1-3 process above to be sure that the correct email was entered.
2. Still no email? Check your junk folder.
3. Still no email? Ask your IT Support to add this email address to your school 'allow list' [email protected]
