Use Blippit Boards to surface evidence and deepen insight

For example

  • Want to strengthen your evidence base around one of the Four Purposes?
    • Heard good things about science outcomes from another school in your cluster and you'd like to see how it's evidenced?

Thanks to work with 4 Welsh schools in 2024, teachers in Wales can now organise and share examples of curriculum impact to celebrate successes with the Curriculum for Wales.

If you’re responsible for showing how the new curriculum looks in your school or cluster, you’ll know the job is a big one. Leaders often struggle to find up-to-date examples of good practice without it feeling like a major expedition. Teachers also want to share and agree on what, for example, “secure” in PS2 writing looks like, but that’s easier said than done.

Every school organises its curriculum a little differently. In one recent project, we helped a Welsh primary school create 8 bespoke tag categories so staff could capture and share practice more clearly. Alongside this, Blippit provides ready-to-use Curriculum for Wales tag categories. With the dashboard, schools can then run reports on any aspect of the curriculum.

“Blippit Boards allowed us to get everything into one place, it's really accessible, it's really quick and easy to access through things like the tags and the filters and the date range and all of those kind of things. It's also allowed us to ensure the whole teaching staff and governors are able to contribute towards their self-evaluation activities.”

Mr. R Hatwood, Headteacher. Ysgol Yr Holl Saint - All Saints' School
