Important update: changes to the Blippit Dashboard (from 27 February 2026)
From 27 February 2026, the Blippit Dashboard will be re-launched without charts or reports.
Since the release of Blippit Boards version 3+, charts and reporting have moved into the app itself. This means you can now explore insights directly where moments are added to boards, without needing to visit the dashboard.
As a result, the dashboard will become the Blippit User Management Dashboard, focused solely on creating and managing user accounts for your school.
What you need to do as a school
Please make sure you have updated Blippit Boards to the latest version (3.1) before 27 February 2026. This ensures you can continue to access all charts and reports within the app once they are no longer available in the dashboard. No one should be using version 2 of Blippit Boards by March 2026.

Update 6/2/26:
V3.1 is now out. You can now subscribe to get notifications when specific tag groups are used by other teachers. You would use this when, as a subject leader for, say English, you wanted to know when boards were tagged and added with English tags See more.
--------------------
This is a major new release built directly on how schools across England and Wales are already using Blippit Boards. Version 3 makes it much easier to see what’s really happening across your lived curriculum, and to share that picture with colleagues, governors, and other professionals.
This free update is available to both existing schools and those discovering Blippit Boards for the first time.
The focus is simple:
Teachers and school leaders can now see clear charts and reports directly within the Blippit Boards app. There is no separate dashboard to log into and no extra steps. The dashboard is now used for user management only.
You can:
The key benefit is this. You always have an up-to-date view of your lived curriculum. There is no need to build spreadsheets or collate screenshots just to understand what is happening.
Reports can now be generated straight from the views and filters you are already using. Whether this is for subject leadership, governors, inspection conversations, or internal review, reports can be created quickly and with confidence.
Reports can include:
The benefit here is practical. Reports stop being something that takes an afternoon. They become something you simply produce when you need them.
We have also focused on making everyday use noticeably easier.
Blippit Boards Version 3 includes:
Sharing moments should feel simple and routine, while still feeling special. That is what Version 3 is designed to support.
Teachers get:
Blippit Boards is designed to sit alongside real teaching, not as another separate job.
Leaders get:
This supports curriculum review, professional conversations, and accountability work, without needing to build extra systems around the system.
Version 3 is an important step forward, and there is more on the way.
Watch Groups allow teachers and leaders to be notified when someone shares a moment linked to a specific focus, such as a subject area, curriculum priority, or whole-school theme.
The benefit is simple. Instead of checking manually, the right moments come to you.
We are working on richer subject reports that open a clearer window into how a subject is lived across the school and over time.
Both features are coming soon, and we will share more as they are released.
Blippit Boards Version 3 stays true to the original purpose of Blippit Boards.
Moments add up. In Version 3, we have placed that belief at the heart of how everything works. We hope that comes through for you.
All schools already using Blippit Boards now have access to Version 3 via the app stores. If your school is new to Blippit Boards, Version 3 is the version you will begin with. The experience is optimised for iPad and other tablets.
Support articles and how-to guides are available on Blippit Uni 3+. We will continue to add to these when new features are released 🎉
