Schools already use Blippit Boards to help see the real impact of their curriculum and that now it’s even easier for teachers and leaders to connect that story with the language used in national frameworks.
We’ve added seven new tag categories based on the 2025 Ofsted framework. They’re not here to add another layer of admin - they’re here to help you see your impact through different lenses. Each tag reflects an area that matters for pupils’ experience: curriculum, inclusion, wellbeing, achievement, leadership and more.
Think of these as perspectives for understanding impact, not checklists.
Use them in Blippit Boards to spot and tag where strengths shine through, to spark professional conversations, or to help governors and leaders see what’s working in real classrooms.
Whether you’re exploring inclusion, celebrating personal development, or reviewing how your curriculum connects across subjects, Blippit Boards helps you surface those moments with meaning.
The goal hasn’t changed: to make it easier for teachers and subject leaders to understand and share the depth of their work - not to perform for inspection.
For schools in Wales, we’re looking at a version aligned with the Estyn Framework. Sound useful? We’d love to hear from you, which is one reason we've made them available to schools in Wales too so that they can see what it can look like.
See how to switch categories on (or off) in the app tag library if you're unsure.

Here’s how the new Blippit Boards tag categories connect with the areas explored in Ofsted’s 2025 framework. NB: Safeguarding is out of scope for privacy.
