Filtering Boards in Blippit Boards (2026 app ver. 3+)

Filtering boards makes it easier to see specific subject or key stages which you can then go on to report on.
How to know when you are filtering your view of Boards

The tag icon is white which means all Boards are being listed for you. When they are orange, at least one tag is being used to filter what is shown To see all Boards, deselect any tags you may have applied.

A tag(s) are curently filtering what is shown. The icon is orange.
Match All Tags Selected

In this example, filtered boards must contain ALL tags selected. This is ideal for a report on, for example, 'ks 2' + 'eng: grammar & punctuation' as shown below, in a given time frame. You can select any tag combination to report like this.


Match Any Tags Selected

In this example, boards shown must contain AT LEAST ONE of the tags you selected. This is ideal if you want to report on, for example, any boards containing any 'Eco-Schools' tags as shown below, in a given time frame.



Filter to report

1. Tap 'PDF Report' or DOCX Report' Reset what your view by tapping 'Clear' when you have finished filtering.

2. Confirm that you want Blippit to report on what you can see filtered on screen i.e. Eco-Schools in this case.

3. An email containing a download link will be delivered within the next minute, depending oh how large the report is. If you want to add comments, areas for discussion and so on, then get a DOCX report to edit in Word. Otherwise, report as a PDF.
