Hiding and showing tag categories

When you first use the app, or after an app upgrade, Blippit Boards shows you ALL available tag categories by default to give you the maximum amount of control and choice over what you use in your own school account.

Already a user in England or Wales and just updated the app to the latest version?

You can check which categories are visible for use in your app as follows:

  1. Tap the three vertical dots by the title of a board in the app -> Tap 'Edit' ->Swipe left twice to 'Tags' -> Tap the '+Manage Tags' buttton -> Tap the cog and switch off any tag categories you don't plan to use. e.g. a Welsh flag denotes specifically Welsh schools categories.
  2. Close the tag panel by tapping the 'X' in the top right corner.

How to check your app version
Tap the profile icon in your app, and tap 'About' to see what app version you have. If you can't update because a device is too old, use the web version of the app at web.blippit.app instead which is always the latest version.
