Troubleshooting Empty Timeline in Blippit Boards

Is your screen empty with no boards visible?

Check through the five reasons listed above. The reason could also be that no boards have yet been created.

In the app, all moments shared by teachers as boards are listed in chronological order with most recent at the top.

If you see 'Reset all filters' in red below, tap this first to clear any tags that are influencing what you are shown

Notice below that 'No boards match your filters' is displayed which confirms what's happening. Tap Reset all filters to see all boards again.

The view changes for other reasons and can be reset as described in each case.

1. the date range is changed e.g. you only want to see moments shared from the start of term this year until the present day
   • tap the calendar icon in the date range filter -> tap 'Clear Range'
2. tags are applied and set to filter to match 'ALL' tags selected.
   • Switch to 'Any' in the tag filter panel or instead, change your tag selection
3. the option to see 'Shared With Me' or 'My Bookmarks' may be selected on the profile menu that will be orange to indicate this
   
   • untick whatever is ticked there to reset the timeline
