Designed to save teachers' time spent checking whether any new moments have been added to boards by colleagues, you can now choose to 'watch' targeted tag groups.
Tapping on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the app, Watch Groups is in the menu is flick the switch on whichever groups you want to receive an alert for when somebody tags from that group.
So for example if you're the maths lead then it would make a lot of sense for you to choose to watch the maths group.
If you're responsible for strategic overview of the four purposes in the Welsh curriculum, then it would make a great deal of sense for you to choose to watch that. Immediately a moment is shared on a board with any of those tags you will receive an app notification which you can tap and go straight to the tagged.
Feedback on this particular little time saver has been overwhelmingly positive and out of all the things that have arrived already in 2026 we're particularly pleased with how quickly this has been adopted.
