App won't start on your device?

When the app won't start or it loads inconsistently, there are typically two possible reasons:

  1. the app version being used is out of date and has skipped a few updates. It can't be updated in it's current state
  2. the device (typically an iPad) may have little to no storage left on it.
    • The usual course of action in this case is to make more space on the device e.g. remove apps that aren't used or clear large videos, photos and make ensure that the 'Recently Deleted' album on your Photos app is emptied.
    • Alternatively, log in to a different device with the latest app version installed for iPad or an Android device.
    • We would always recommend an app uninstall/reinstall first before going any further trying to save space on your device.

Want to check whether  storage is the issue?

  • Go to Settings -> iPad Storage -> See how much has been used

If the difference between the amount used and the total storage available (typically 64Gb) could be described as 'tight' then this suggests storage may be a factor and it may be stopping your app from running. But, before you go any further down the path of saving space, it's always worth doing a 'delete' and 'reinstall' of the app first.
